Terms and Conditions

  • In order for trade discounts to be applied, it is preferred that designers accompany Clients in the showroom. If this is not possible, please notify Brougham ‘s Trade Program Representative of your working relationship with the Client, prior to their visit to the showroom.
  • 50% deposit required on orders placed by the registered designer
  • All balances due before deliveries can be scheduled
  • All orders must be approved by the designer in writing
  • No returns on special orders
  • All loaned finishes/fabrics must be returned after use
  • Pricing discounts to be determined by brand and order volumes
  • Membership in the Trade Program is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time
